Maximum market flexibility and trading opportunities with our Professional Account

As a GTCM client, you have the option to choose between a Retail and a Professional trading account.
The Professional Account is for investors who wish to trade with higher leverage, 0% margin close-out and take advantage of promotions and special offers.
Keep in mind that in order to qualify for the Professional Account you need to have experience, knowledge and be able to make your own investment decisions and understand the risks involved.
As a Professional Client you also accept to waive some of the protections under the rules of business conduct, including the right to compensation under the Investor Compensation Fund and the right to address a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. Retail Clients may also request to be treated as Professional if the relevant criteria are fulfilled. Please refer to our Client Categorisation policy for more information.

Per un Account Professionale devi soddisfare almeno due dei seguenti requisiti:

1. Hai effettuato transazioni, di dimensioni significative, sul mercato in questione con una frequenza media di 10 per trimestre rispetto ai quattro trimestri precedenti.

2. La dimensione del portafoglio di strumenti finanziari, con inclusi i depositi in contanti e strumenti finanziari, supera i 500.000€.

3. Lavori/hai lavorato nel settore finanziario per almeno un anno in una posizione professionale che richiede la conoscenza delle transazioni o dei servizi previsti.
